Methods of dispute resolution
In the event of dispute, the consumer may have recourse to any alternative dispute resolution method (e.g. mediation, conciliation).

Failure to exercise the right of retraction
By virtue of article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, consumers do not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for in article L221-5 of the same code. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are "the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodationservices, transport of goods, car rental, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period".
